Green Digital Copilot for Sustainable Steel Delivery Planning

EcoPilot is an innovative solution developed by Beawre Digital SL in collaboration with Celsa Steel Service (CELSA Group), applying artificial intelligence, risk analytics, and digital twins to transform the planning of recycled steel deliveries, supported by ACCIÓ - Generalitat de Catalunya (project id ACE105/23/000153).

Designed for industrial environments with complex and highly variable processes, EcoPilot predicts the probability that each order will be approved on time, recommends adjustments to delivery dates (advancing or delaying) to minimize deviation risks, and presents these insights in natural language within the Beawre Control platform.

The solution builds upon the predictive model created in the previous EcoSteelFlow project — which calculates the probability distribution of process completion time — and extends it with a generative AI agent that automatically creates bowtie risk diagrams, along with an AI copilot that assists planners in making data-driven, explainable decisions.

The result is a proactive, intelligent, and sustainable planning system that helps reduce delivery errors, optimize resource use, and align operations with CELSA’s emission reduction and circular economy goals.

With EcoPilot, Beawre reinforces its commitment to scalable SaaS solutions for the industrial sector, while CELSA moves toward smarter, greener production with improved traceability, reduced operational risk, and enhanced environmental performance.
