Madrid – July 11, 2025 — Ferrovial and Beawre have signed a multi-year agreement to scale the use of the solution developed by Beawre that automates the synchronization of documents between Procore, Ferrovial’s project management platform, and SharePoint, its corporate document management system. The solution will be progressively deployed across hundreds of active projects, including some of the most complex infrastructures managed by Ferrovial globally.

Beawre, a technology startup specialized in software for continuous operational risk management, offers a solution that enables automated, bidirectional synchronization of key documents such as drawings, reports, images, or RFIs, ensuring information consistency across environments and eliminating repetitive manual tasks.

"Synchronization between platforms is an essential first step to unlocking more connected, automated, and proactive risk management," says Víctor Muntés-Mulero, CEO and co-founder of Beawre. "This agreement consolidates a shared vision with Ferrovial: advancing towards more resilient and intelligent, data-driven operations."

The project paves the way for a deeper transformation in how information and operational risk are managed in Ferrovial’s most demanding projects, scaling a robust, validated solution and equipping it with evolving capabilities.

Beawre’s solution, previously validated in a successful pilot, includes advanced features such as AI-generated explanations and a visual interface to configure and monitor synchronization processes tailored to each project.

Through this agreement, Ferrovial and Beawre are advancing toward sustainable innovation in construction, facilitating the adoption of intelligent automation and continuous risk control in complex environments.
